It’s back for the pop up brewery CarousseL who will present the fourth edition of its popular events next weekend, at the Rachel Rachel Brasserie, located at 500 Rachel Street in Montreal.
A unique evening and an innovative concept
The Saturday, May 19, 2012, up to Carousel Express, a form somewhat different from that usually held. From 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, it will be possible to walk Rachel Rachel’s (pink) carpet to attend a very promising special event.
In addition, this evening will kick off the formulas Devine who comes to dine ?, formulas for which a personality of the artistic community, whose name will be unveiled the same day, will be invited to attend with guests of his choice at one of the CarousseL events.
It will also be an opportunity to taste and enjoy the refined products of Première Bulle, sponsor of the CarousseL weekends, which will offer a glass of its light bubble wine to all guests. The hangover brunches on Sunday
20 May, and the 10 and 17 June 2012 from 12 am to 17 pm, it’s the return of the famous hangover brunches, which, as their name suggests, rassasieront for sure! And it is with the sound of pretty French melodies that CarousseL will propose this gentle awakening.
For $ 26, the menu will include a glass of sparkling Première Bulle and an appetizer (berries in a sabayon of bubbles, accompanied by homemade cretons on grilled baguette), a main course (5 choices), and a dessert (a creamy white chocolate mousse served with fresh strawberries).
